Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to report an issue.

Since all our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged
• The wrong item or size was delivered

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

How to start a return: Email us at zaidsyed1802@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges: If your item is eligible, we will arrange a reprint or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
